Article - V - Attorney-General and State's Attorneys




§6.    ** CONTINGENCY – IN EFFECT – CHAPTERS 82 AND 83 OF 2021 **

    It shall be the duty of the Clerk of the Court of Appeals and the Clerks of any intermediate courts of appeal, respectively, whenever a case shall be brought into said Courts, in which the State is a party or has interest, immediately to notify the Attorney General thereof.

§6.    ** SUBJECT TO REFERENDUM NOVEMBER 2022 – CHAPTERS 82 AND 83 OF 2021 **

    It shall be the duty of the Clerk of the Supreme Court of Maryland and the Clerks of any intermediate courts of appeal, respectively, whenever a case shall be brought into said Courts, in which the State is a party or has interest, immediately to notify the Attorney General thereof.
